益心饮改善急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入术后左心收缩功能的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益心饮对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后左心功能的影响。方法将PCI术后60例AMI患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例;治疗组给予西药常规加益心饮治疗,对照组仅给予西药常规治疗,两组疗程均为3个月。观察中医证候积分、左室射血分数(LVEF)及每搏输出量(SV)的变化。结果治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分、LVEF及SV均有改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论益心饮能改善AMI患者PCI术后左室收缩功能。Objective To observe the effects of ＂Yixing Decoction＂ on the left ventricular systolic function in patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI） after pereutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）. Methods Sixty subjects were randomly divided into two groups： control group in which 30 cases received conventional treatment after PCI and treatment group in which 30 cases received ＂Yixing Decoction＂ plus conventional treatment, with a course of 3 months. The Chinese medi- cal syndrome scores, left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and stroke volume （SV） were observed. Results After treatment, the Chinese medical syndrome scores, LVEF and SV were all improved more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ＂Yixing Decoction＂ may improve the left ventrieular systolic functions in the treatment of AMI after PCI.
