摘  要:将电液伺服技术应用于蝶阀蝶板的高精度控制,给出高精度电液伺服控制蝶阀的结构,利用AMESim软件建立仿真模型,探讨各主要结构参数对其动静态特性的影响,并进行动静态试验。理论分析和试验结果表明:电液伺服控制蝶阀精度高、线性度好、滞回小、频响可根据工程实际进行设定,调整方便。目前,该蝶阀已在工程中应用。除蝶阀外,电液伺服技术也可用于球阀等阀门的高精度流量控制。Electro-hydraulic servo technology was applied to the high precision control of the disc of butterfly valve, and the con- struction of high precision electro-hydraulic servo butterfly valve was presented. A simulation model established by AMESim was used to analyze the influence of main structural parameters to the static and dynamic performance of butterfly valve. The theoretic analysis and experimental results indicate that butterfly valve controlled by electro-hydraulic servo technology is with high precision, good line- arity and little hysteresis, and the frequency response can be set according to engineering practice conveniently, It has been applied in engineering. Furthermore, electro-hydraulic servo technology can also be applied to high precision flow control of other valves, such as ball valve.
