摘 要:变排量叶片式机油泵可以根据系统压力的变化(外负载的大小),自动地调节变量装置改变输出流量的大小,从而使能量消耗减少,系统效率提高。对变排量叶片式机油泵进行CFD分析,得出各个工况下的流量,据此可以找出流量与转速以及流量与偏心距变化之间的关系;采用设置监测点的方法分析泵的压力波动,找到可能产生振动和噪声的区域,为进一步的CAE分析指明了方向;通过对空化云图的分析,为泵的选材及结构改进提供依据。研究结论有效地指导了泵的开发过程,对其他同类产品的研发也具有指导意义。According to the system's variable pressure (external load), variable device of variable displacement vane pump can be adjusted automatically to change the outlet flow. So the energy consumption is reduced and system efficiency is improved. The flows under different cases were gotten though the CFD analysis of the variable displacement vane pump. Then the relationship between flow and speed as well as flow and eccentricity of the pump could be found out. The area of vibration and noise was found out by analyzing the pressure fluctuation at monitoring points set before, which indicated the direction for further CAE analysis. By analyzing the cavita- tions, it provided evidence for selecting material and structure of the pump. The research results can guide the development and design of the pmnp as well as the congener products.
