摘 要:弯曲和扭转振动是轴系部件的主要振动形式。针对当前二者一般只能单独测量的现状,提出一种基于激光多普勒振动检测技术的轴系部件综合振动测量的方法,分析其工作原理,设计出激光振动测量的光学系统和信号处理系统方案。将同一光源分束方案用于激光多普勒振动测试系统中,弯曲振动测量采用马赫-德泽外差干涉方案,扭转振动测量采用双平行光束差动方案。用该方法可以同时测量轴系部件的弯曲和扭转振动,拓展了振动测量的范围,对大型回转机械运行状态监测和故障诊断具有重要意义。Flexural vibration and torsional vibration are the main vibration forms of shaft part. For the current situation of meas- urement independently of the two, a measurement method for the comprehensive vibration of rotating shaft part was proposed based on laser Doppler vibration measurement technique. The principle was analyzed. The optical system and signal processing system of laser vibration measurement were designed. The scheme of the same source beam dissociation was used in the laser Doppler vibration meas- urement system. The Mach- Zehnder heterodyne interference scheme was adopted in the flexural vibration measurement, the double parallel beams differential scheme was adopted in the torsional vibration measurement. This method can be used to measure simultane- ously both flexural vibration and torsional vibration of shaft part and the scope of vibration measurement is extended. It is essential to the running state monitoring and failure diagnosis of large-scale gyration machine with high rotary speed.
