摘 要:介绍装载机用YB1502变速器换挡操纵阀主调压系统的工作原理和换挡过程的理论油压变化过程;建立AMESim仿真模型并进行仿真,将仿真结果与理论油压变化曲线对比分析;在试验台架上进行操纵阀换挡过程的压力测试试验,进一步验证AMESim仿真模型的准确性;基于仿真模型,以主阀芯质量和蓄能器节流孔直径为例,研究不同参数值对换挡油压的影响。经试验验证的AMESim仿真模型为操纵阀主调压系统的改进设计提供了参考依据,可在此基础上进行参数化设计,节省样机试制的费用与时间,对操纵阀的设计具有指导意义。The working principle and theoretical variation process of shifting oil-pressure of YB1502 transmission operating valve used on loaders were introduced. The AMESim simulation model was created for analysis, and the simulation results were comparatively analyzed with theoretical variation of oil-pressure curves. By the test of measuring the oil-pressure in shifting process of operating valve on the test-bed, the accuracy of AMESim simulation model was further verified. Based on the simulation model, by taking the quality of main valve core and the diameter of accumulator orifice as an example, the effects of different parameters on shifting oil-pressure were researched. Through the verification by test, the AMESim simulation model can offer the reference for design for improving on main pressure adjusting system by the operating valve. And based on it to proceed with parametric design, the cost and time of proto- type trial-production can be saved. It provides instructive reference for the design of an operating valve.
