摘　　要：以2,3-二氟苯硼酸和4-乙基溴苯为起始原料,经Suzuki偶联反应合成了纯度99.5%以上的液晶中间体4'-乙基-2,3-二氟-1,1'-联苯,目标化合物进行了1HNMR、13CNMR、IR及GC-MS表征。考察了催化剂、溶剂体系、碱的用量、温度及环境对反应的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。More than 99. 5% purity of liquid crystal intermediate of 4＇-ethyl-2,3-difluoro-1,1 ＇-biphenyl was synthesized via Suzuki- coupling reaction with 2,3-difluorephenyl boric acid and 4-ethyl-bromobenzene as starting material. The target compound was char- acterized by 1 HNMR,13 CNMR, IR and GC-MS. The effects of catalyst, solvent system, the quantity of base, temperature and environ- ment on the reaction were investigated, the best reaction conditions were confirmed.
