基于文献计量的我国数字参考咨询服务研究现状分析

摘　　要：以中国期刊全文数据库为文献来源,采用文献计量方法,从论文年代分布、期刊分布、著者分布及研究主题等方面进行统计分析,阐述国内数字参考咨询研究现状,并采用聚类分析及多维尺度分析等多元统计分析方法,以高频关键词的共词矩阵为基础,初步绘制数字参考咨询研究知识图谱,得出其主要研究范围、研究热点等结论。On the basis of searching papers on digital reference service in China Academic Journals Full-text Database, and through making statistical analysis on year distribution, periodical distribution, author distribution, and topic distribution, etc., the paper reveals status quo of research on digital reference service in China. Using cluster analysis, multidimensional scaling analysis and other multivariate statistical analysis methods, this paper draws mapping knowledge domain of digital reference service preliminarily basing on co-word matrixes of high frequency keywords, and reaches the conclusions of main scope and hotspot of the research.
