摘  要:对奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti焊接接头分别在650℃、750℃、850℃承受不同时间后的塑性指标进行了实验研究,探讨了温度及时间对焊接接头延伸率的影响。结果表明,高温下焊接接头延伸率随时间的增加成对数下降。相同时间下,在650~750℃范围内,温度对焊接接头延伸率的影响可以忽略。在750~850℃范围内,随温度增加,延伸率显著降低。拟合了不同温度下焊接接头延伸率与时间的关系式。Experimental investigation was carried out on the plastic property of the austenitic stainless steel 1Cr18NiqTi joint weld subjected to the temperature of 650, 750 and 850 degree for different time. The effects of temperature and time on the unit extension were discussed. The results indicate that the unit extension of 1Cr18Ni9Ti joint weld decline logarithmically with the increasing of time in high temperature. The effect of temperature on joint weld unit extension could be neglected in the range of 650~750 ℃. Whereas in the temperature of 750~850 ℃, the unit extension declines significantly with the increasing of temperature. The correlations of the unit extension with time were fitted.
