小陷胸汤对糖尿病前期痰湿蕴热体质糖脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察小陷胸汤对糖尿病前期痰湿蕴热体质糖脂代谢的影响。【方法】按随机数字表法将80例糖尿病前期痰湿蕴热体质者分为观察组和对照组各40例。2组均给予一般性的生活方式干预,在此基础上,观察组给予小陷胸汤干预治疗,对照组给予阿卡波糖干预治疗。2组均以2个月为1个疗程,共干预3个疗程。观察2组干预前后空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)和血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]的变化情况。【结果】(1)干预后2组FBG、PBG、HbAlc均显著改善,与干预前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);但干预后2组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)干预后2组TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C均显著改善,与干预前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);且观察组的改善作用更好,干预后2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】小陷胸汤能有效地降低患者的血糖,改善患者的血脂,纠正糖尿病前期痰湿蕴热偏颇的体质,达到逆转和阻止疾病发展的作用。Objective To observe the effect of Xiao Xianxiong Decoction on glucose and lipid metabolism of prediabetic patients with the constitution of phlegm-dampness and heat accumulation.Methods Eighty prediabetic patients with the constitution of phlegm-dampness and heat accumulation were equally randomized into treatment group and control group.Both groups received diabetic diet,and the treatment group was given Xiao Xianxiong Decoction orally and the control group was given acarbose orally.Two months constituted one treatment course,and the treatment covered 3 courses.The levels of fasting blood glucose（FBG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbAlc）,2-hour postprandial blood glucose（2-h PBG） and blood lipids including total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）were compared before and after treatment.Results After intervention,FBG,PBG and HbAlc were improved in both groups（P﹤0.05 compared with those before treatment）,but the differences were insignificant between the two groups after treatment（P〈0.05）.Blood lipid levels of TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C were also improved in both groups（P﹤0.05 or P﹤0.01 compared with those before treatment）,and the improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（P﹤0.05）.Conclusion Xiao Xianxiong Decoction is effective on decreasing blood glucose level,improving blood lipids,and correcting the constitution of phlegm-dampness and heat accumulation in prediabetic patients,which will possibly benefit to preventing the development of prediabetes.
