摘  要:以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,乙醇/N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为分散介质,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂,将丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸十八酯和苯乙烯磺酸钠进行分散聚合制备了AM/SSS/SMA疏水缔合聚合物微球,考察了乙醇/N,N-二甲基甲酰胺体积比、引发剂用量、PVP用量和甲基丙烯酸十八酯含量对疏水缔合聚合物微球粒径的影响。结果表明疏水缔合聚合物微球粒径可调,在本实验条件范围内粒径为1.5~7.8μm,具有较好的分散性。FTIR谱图初步证实疏水缔合聚合物的结构,TGA表明疏水缔合聚合物起始分解温度为275℃,耐热性较好。Hydrophobically associating polymer microsphere was prepared by dispersion copolymerization of acrylamide(AM),stearyl methacrylate(SMA) and sodium styrene sulfonate(SSS),using ethanol/DMF as dispersion medium,polyethylene pyrrole(PVP) as dispersant,and AIBN as initiator.Factors affecting particle size of hydrophobically associating polymer microsphere,such as ethanol/DMF volume ratio,initiator amount,dispersant amount and SMA amount were investigated.Results showed that the hydrophobically associating polymer microsphere had adjustable particle size with average particle sizes of 1.5~7.8 μm,together with good dispersion.FTIR spectrum indicated the structure of hydrophobically associating polymer.TGA indicated good thermostability of hydrophobically associating polymer microsphere with the onset decomposition temperature of 275 ℃.
