香豆素及其衍生物的应用研究

摘　　要：天然产物香豆素类化合物由于特殊的内酯结构,因而具有一定的光学性能;在生物体内能与大多数酶的活性部位结合而使酶失去活性,使其具有一定的药理作用与生物活性。因此,在化学、环境、医药、分析等领域有着广泛的应用。分别概述了香豆素在光学与生物方面的应用研究现状。Natural coumarins had the certain optical properties because of the special structure of lactone, which can influence on the key part of the enzyme in biology and make the enzyme lose activity, and it had the certain pharmacological effects and biological activity. Therefore, they played a crucial role on the chemistry, environment, medicine, analysis and so on. The research progress on coumarin in optical and biotechnology was summarized.
