摘 要:为了解决正丁醚制备中以硫酸作为催化剂时对设备腐蚀严重,及生产过程中易炭化等问题。尝试了用草酸和对甲苯磺酸等有机酸作为催化剂,并考察了催化剂用量对反应时间和收率的影响,结果表明:草酸作为催化剂时,醇酸摩尔比为1.7∶1,收率达到44.42%;对甲苯磺酸作为催化剂时,醇酸摩尔比为3.1∶1,收率达到54.06%;草酸和对甲苯磺酸在本反应中催化效果好于浓硫酸,同时反应时间也有所缩短,无炭化现象。To resolve these problems, such as equipments corroded and the sample charred when sulphuric acid was used as catalyst in the preparation of n - butyl ether. Organic acid such as oxalic acid and paratoluene sulfonic acid were used. Effects of the catalyst dosage on the reaction time and the yield were investigated. The result showed the yield reached 44. 42% when the molar ratio of n - butanol to oxalic acid was l. 7 : 1. Tile yield reached 54. 06% when the molar ratio of n - butanol to paratoluene sulfonic acid was 3.1 : 1. The result showed that some organic acid can be used as catalyst in the progress, and it found that the reaction time was shorter and charring was not observed.
