摘　　要：针对美式涂装用硝基二度底漆操作性不强的现象,探讨了原料、配方、施工环境、素材、涂装工艺流程及涂装技术等影响因素,经过长期、大量、反复地试验研究,找到了一种原料—层间密着剂,应用于底漆中可提高操作性,经过客户多年使用,提高了涂装效率,获得了客户的好评。Aiming at the phenomenon of American coating with nitrocellulose sanding sealer operability was not strong, the raw materials, formulation, construction environment, material, coating process and coating technology, and influence factors were discussed. Through long - term, large and repeatedly test research, a raw material of layer indis- crete agent was found, which can be used in the primer to improve the operability and the coating efficiency, and got high praise after customers use.
