摘 要:自制动态反应装置,通过单因素试验确定电凝聚法处理模拟油田采出水的工艺参数,并采用电气浮法强化处理废水的效果。结果表明,在氯化钠投加量为1 g/L、水力停留时间为30 min,进水pH为7,电流为0.2A时去浊率为89.32%,去油率为96.32%。经电气浮强化处理后,其出水油浓度为0.72 mg/L,达到《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标及分析方法》(SY/T5329-94)的A级注水标准。Using the self-made electrolytic tank for dynamic reaction device, the electrocoagulation process was used for the treatment of simulated oilfield produced wastewater with single factor tests and the optimum technology conditions was obtained. And taking electro-flotation technology strengthened the treatment effect. The results indicated that turbidity removal rate of 89.32 % and oil removal rate of 96.32 % was obtained under the best experimental conditions included sodium chloride dosage (1 g/L), hydraulic retention time(30 min), initial pH (7) and current (0.2 A). And removal efficiency in wastewater treatment had been improved by electro-flotation and the effluent oil concentration of 0.72 mg/L reached A level criteria specified in Recommended Indexes on Injection Water Quality for Detrital Rock Oil Reservoirs and Analytical Methods(SY/T 5329-94).
