摘  要:对于印染废水的处理,使用从净水污泥中回收的混凝剂,不仅使原水处理后的废水COD去除率平均为56.65%,而且进、出水的BOD/COD比值由0.27升高至0.46,废水可生化性得到明显改善。而使用PAC的另一组,BOD/COD比值几乎没有变化。就整个工艺流程,使用从净水污泥中回收的混凝剂,原水的总COD去除率达98.5%,高于使用PAC组的88.4%,减轻了生化单元处理的压力,出水效果更好。Regarding the printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, the use of coagulant, which is recycled from water purification sludge, increases the removal rate of COD up to 56.65 %. In addition, the BOD/COD ratio is increased from 0.27 to 0.46 from inlet to outlet. Furthermore, the biodegradability of wastewater is improved significantly. In contrast, the group using PAC demonstrates insignificant change in BOD/COD ratio. As for the entire process, the ultimate COD removal rate reaches 98.5 % using recycled coagulant, which is higher than the group using PAC (88.4 %). The increase in COD removal rate using recycled coagulant results better water treatment and reduces the capability required of the downstream biochemical treatment unit.
