田基黄挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析

摘　　要：以田基黄为原料,用水蒸气蒸馏法制备了田基黄挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用法分析了田基黄根和茎叶挥发油的化学成分。结果表明,田基黄茎叶挥发油中鉴定出43种组分,其中烃、醇(酚)、醛酮、酸、酯、胺六大类物质的相对含量分别为62.16%、8.12%、2.72%、1.24%、18.96%、5.75%;田基黄根挥发油中共检出32个组分,其中烃、醇(酚)、醛酮、酸、酯、胺六大类物质的相对含量分别为31.92%、11.47%、9.95%、0.56%、40.03%、4.13%。The volatile oil from Hypericum japonicum were maked by steam distillation, and chemistry constituents in root, stem and leaf were analysed by GC-MS. The results showed that forty-three constituents are authenticated in volatile oil from stem and leafofHypericumjaponicum, and content of the hydrocarbon, alcohol （phenol）, aldehyde ketone, acids, ester, amine are 62.16 %, 8.12 %, 2.72 %, 1.24 %, 18.96 %, 5.75 %, respectively. Thirty-two constituents are detected in volatile oil from Hypericumjaponicum root, and content of the hydrocarbon, alcohol （phenol）, aldehyde ketone, acids, ester, amine are 31.92 %, 11.47 %, 9.95 %, 0.56 %, 40.03 %, 4.13 %, respectively.
