摘　　要：针对某一超大型地下商业建筑,探讨了建筑火灾风险分析方法FRAME在此类建筑中的应用,利用该方法评估了火灾风险的大小,并清晰准确地发现了消防设计的关键环节,提出了针对性的改进措施。该方法对于评估和分析大型地下商业建筑的火灾风险、提出应对策略具有较好的指导意义。Taking a huge underground commercial building as an example, the application of Fire Risk Analysis Method for Engineering （FRAME） in such kind of building was discussed. Using the method, the fire risk of the building was evaluated and the strengthened fire protection measured was proposed based on the design weakness discovered by this method. The method has directive significance for the fire risk evaluation, design improvement of huge underground commercial buildings.
