摘　　要：根据国内外高等教育的发展趋势和新建本科高校自身的特点,新建本科高校必须以人才培养为原点,以社会需求、政策导向和自身实际为3个维度,围绕"培养什么样的人才"这一根本问题,准确选择各自的办学定位,即服务面向的地方性、择业取向的应用性、理论教学的基础性。Talents Training is the important function and the primary task of new colleges.According to the developing trends and their own characteristics,the new colleges must take the talents training as a starting point,and take the social demand,policy orientation and their reality as three dimensions.Then,the new colleges should accurately choose their orientation: the local service,the occupation application and the theoretical basis of teaching.
