摘 要:煤气废水是一种难处理的高浓度有机废水,是危害严重的工业废水之一,酚类物质是其中最主要的有机污染物,毒性大、难降解。对煤气废水活性污泥振荡培养,经驯化、分离筛选出两株能转化间苯二酚和间甲酚的优势降酚菌,分别命名为JS-4和JD-2,对其进行特性研究(温度、pH值、外加碳源效应)正交试验,并进行原水降解试验。结果表明,温度条件对降解效果影响最大,其次是pH值条件,影响最小的是外加碳源,同时可知最优处理条件为:JS-4为温度30℃,pH值7,外加碳源量1 000 mg·L-1;JD-2为温度30℃,pH值7,外加碳源量500 mg·L-1;对原水中酚类物质降解试验显示,在前6 h,单一菌株JS-4降解效果好于混合菌株,经过一段时间的适应,混合菌株表现出良好的降解能力。Coal gasification wastewater was a high concentration and recalcitrant organic wastewater,and one of a serious damage industrial wastewater.Phenolic compounds with the characteristics of toxic and recalcitrant,are the most important organic pollutants in coal gasification wastewater.Took activated sludge of gasification plant as a bacteriUM source after domestication and screening,and isolated two groups of strains,which were named JS-4 and JD-2,respectively.Moreover,the authors studied on the effects of temperature,pH and concentration of additional carbon source on removal rate of phenol compounds.According to analysis results of orthogonal test,it could be concluded that the order of impact on degradation efficiency of phenol compounds by two strains was temperaturepHadditional carbon source.The optimal conditions were temperature 30 ℃ and pH value 7,and the additional carbon source 1 000 mg·L-1 for JS-4;identical temperature and pH conditions,and the additional carbon source was 500 mg·L-1 for JD-2.Additional research on degradation of phenol compounds by single strain and mixed strains of JS-4 and JD-2 for raw water was performed.The results indicated that,at the first six hours,phenol-degrading efficiency of single strain JS-4 was better than that of mixed strains.Furthermore,after a period of adaptation,mixed strains showed higher degradation ability.
