黑龙江省垦区与农区居民点体系对比研究

摘　　要：基于第二土地调查数据和GIS方法对比分析垦区与农区居民点体系特征,以富锦市为例反映黑龙江省垦区与农区居民点体系特征的异同,从而为统筹城乡发展、推进社会主义新农村建设提供依据。结果显示,①垦区与农区的居民点体系的空间分布模式均属于集聚分布,但垦区居民点在空间上更为密集;②垦区与农区的居民点体系均可以分为四个等级,但都不完全符合中心地理论提出的中心地分布模式,且表现出两种截然不同的等级秩序;③垦区居民点平均规模小于农区,但大小居民点间的规模差异更为显著;④垦区与农区居民点体系存在微型居民点所占比例偏高、空间网络体系不合理等问题,今后应加快居民点体系重构,优化居民点的网络体系和交通网络布局,加强垦区与农区间居民点体系间的联系。Based on the second land survey data and GIS method,this paper chose Fujin County as an example to reaction the similarities and difference of settlements system characteristics between reclamation and agricultural regions in Heilongjiang Province,to provide the basis for urban and rural development and new socialist countryside construction.The results showed that： ① the spatial distribution patterns of the settlements system of reclamation and agricultural regions belonged to the clustering distribution,but it was more densely in reclamation region;② the settlements system could be divided into four grades both in reclamation and agricultural regions,but their settlements system were not incompatible with the three distribution patterns proposed in the center place theory,and show two completely different hierarchical orders;③ the average size of the area of reclamation settlement was smaller than the area of agriculatural settlement,but it was size difference between the scale of the settlements more significant;④ the settlements system in reclamation and agricultural regions existed some problems,such as high proportion of the mini-settlements,and unreasonable space network system.It should accelerate the reconstruction steps of the settlements system,optimize the layout of the settlements network system and transportaion network,and promote the connection between the settlements system in reclamation and agricultural regions in recent years.
