摘　　要：道德与法制因各自的属性不同,在腐败治理过程各有所长,同时也各有局限,因此,充分发挥道德和法制在腐败治理过程中各自的优势,弥补彼此在腐败治理过程的不足,即构建德法兼治的治腐模式,能够有效促进治腐工作的开展。Because of their different attributes,the rule of virtue and the rule of law have their own advantages and limitations in the process of corruption control. Therefore ,bringing the advantages of the rule of virtue and the rule of law and making up their limitations,that is,establishing the corruption governance model combining the rule of law and the rule of virtue ,is the way to make corruption control more effective.
