摘　　要：阐述了HDPE树脂粉料新产品QL505P的研究与生产过程,并与国外同类产品进行了比较分析。新开发的树脂粉料的熔体流动速率为0.3～0.6g/10min,密度为0.953～0.958g/cm3,堆密度为0.36g/cm3,S值(熔流比)为7～16。实际生产表明,该产品载氯生产过程稳定、质量满足指标要求。This paper expatiated on the research and production process of new product QL505P of HDPE granular resin,and made comparative analysis to it with similar products at home and abroad.The newly developed granular resin has MFR of 0.3～0.6 g/10 min,density of 0.953～0.958 g/cm 3,bulk density of 0.36g/cm 3,and S value(melt flow ratio) of 7～16.Practical production shows,the chlorine carrying production process of this product is stable,and its quality meets requirement of specification.
