摘　　要：为研究白龙合剂对肉鸡大肠杆菌病的药敏性,采集天津、河南、内蒙古3个地区的肉鸡大肠杆菌病病料,分别设置白龙合剂、10%氟苯尼考溶液、10%硫酸粘菌素溶液、20%硫酸新霉素溶液和10%强力霉素溶液5种药物处理,进行了药物敏感试验。结果表明:A组病料的菌株对白龙合剂和20%硫酸新霉素溶液表现为高敏;B组和C组病料的菌株只对白龙合剂表现为高敏。由此得出,无论是否用药治疗,来自不同地域的3组病料的菌株均对白龙合剂表现为高敏,白龙合剂可以作为治疗肉鸡大肠杆菌病的首选药物。In order to study the the effects of Bailong mixture on drug sensitivity to colibacillosis of broiler, tissue samples of affected broiler were collected from different regions of Tianjin, He＇nan and Inner Mongolia Drug sensitivity test had been carried out by Bailong mixture, 10% Florfenicol solution, 10% Colistin sulphate solution, 20% Neomycin sulfate solution and 10% Doxycycline hyclate sdution, respectively. The results showed that samples of group A were sensitive to Bailong mixture and 20% Neomycin sulfate solution, samples of group B and C were only sensitive to Bailong mixture. In conclusion, the strains obtained by tissue samples from different regions were all sensitive to Bailong mixture whether treated or not. Bailong mixture could be used as first-choice treatment for broiler colibacillosis.
