摘  要:以韶关地区8个取样点野生山苍子资源的新鲜果实为试材,分析其果实性状,同时蒸馏提取挥发油,GC/MS分析挥发油组分。结果:韶关地区野生山苍子资源果实横径为0.55-0.62cm,果实纵径为0.57-0.65cm,果实千粒重为103.89-141.48g;果实精油含量为6.53-9.67 mL.(100g)-1;挥发油主要成分柠檬醛的含量为62.08%-69.15%,柠檬烯的含量为10.17%-19.12%;柠檬醛的得率为4.16-6.68 mL/100g。结论:韶关地区野生山苍子资源在果实形态性状、挥发油性状上变幅较大,差异显著,具有一定的多样性。The fruit and volatile oil traits of Litsea cubeba(lour)Pers.resources from eight sampling points in Shaoguan area were analyzed.Volatile oil was extracted by distillation method,and it's components were analyzed by GC/MS.Results: The results showed that fruit diameter was 0.55-0.62cm,fruit longitudinal diameter of 0.57-0.65cm,one thousand fruit weight of 103.89-141.48g;and content of fruit volatile oil was 6.53-9.67 mL·(100g)-1;Citral and limonene were main components in volatile oil,and their contents were 62.08%-69.15% and 10.17%-19.12% respectively,and yield of citral was 4.16-6.68mL/100g.Conclusion: Fruit morphological traits and volatile oil traits of Litsea cubeba(lour)Pers.resources in Shaoguan areas were different significantly,and had certain diversity.
