内蒙古草地常见轴根型植物根系构型参数的研究

摘　　要：采用WinRHIZO 2009根系分析系统获取100种内蒙古草地常见轴根型植物的根系参数,并对数据进行分析,得到如下结论:1、相关性分析得到在草地轴根型植物的各根系参数中,根系总体积与平均直径的相关性极显著;根尖数与分叉数具有显著相关性;由主成分分析和因子分析得到,根平均直径和根分叉数是影响轴根型植物根系构型的关键因素;2、通过分析得到了轴根型植物根系总体积的经验计算公式,为轴根型植物根系的应用性研究提供基础性数据。Scanning the root of 100 axis-rooted type plants by WinRHIZO root analysis system,data was analysed.The results showed that the relation of total root volume and average diameter was significant;the relation of number of root tips and number of furcation was significant.Average diameter and number of root furcation were the main factor to dominate the root architecture of axis-rooted type plant by principal component analysis.Formula of calculat total root volume for axis-rooted type plant was obtained,and it was used to some applied research.
