摘 要:对人畜干扰下的草甸草原羊草根、茎、叶及根际土壤中植物寄生线虫进行了研究,结果表明,草甸草原羊草根、茎、叶及根际土壤中植物寄生线虫种类(属)有:类短体属(Pratylenchoicles)、叉针属(Bolendorus)、野外垫刃属(Ag-lenchus)、螺旋属(Helicotylenchus)、矮化属(Tylenchorhynchus)、头垫刃属(Aphelen)、盘旋属(Bursapbrelenchus)、粒属(Anguina),居民点周围羊草根、茎、叶及根际土壤中的线虫种类(属)及数量高于围栏内羊草;居民点周围羊草根、茎、叶及根际土壤中的稀有种的多样性指数(H')、均匀度指数(J)、丰富度指数(SR)显著低于围栏内,而植物寄生线虫成熟度指数(PPI)显著高于围栏内;植物寄生线虫稀有种多样性指数(H')、均匀度指数(J)、丰富度指数(SR)、植物寄生线虫成熟度指数(PPI)可作为指示受干扰的植物及草地的线虫生态特征指标。Human interference with the meadow stepps Leymus chinensis(Trin.) Tzvel.of roots,stems,leaves and rhizosphere of plant parasitic nematodes were studied,the results indicate :grassland plant roots,stems,leaves and rhizosphere plant parasitic nematodes of species(genus) Pratylenchoicles,Bolendorus,Aglenchus,Helicotylenchus,Tylenchorhynchus,Aphelen,Bursapbrelenchus,Anguina,residential areas around the sheep grass roots,stems,leaves and non-rhizosphere soil with the species(nematodes of) and the number is higher than in the fence;Settlements the surrounding of the Leymus chinensis roots,stems,leaves and rhizosphere soil of the H some diversity index,evenness index,richness index significantly lower than the fence inside,and plant parasitic nematodes maturity index(PPI),significantly higher than that in the fence;Plant parasitic nematodes H some rare species diversity index H,evenness index(J),richness refers to(SR),plant parasitic nematodes maturity index(PPI) can be used as plants and grassland ecological feature index of interference.
