金融发展是否影响了地区可再生能源的消费？--基于发达国家和发展中国家的比较分析

摘　　要：全球金融市场的高速发展对可再生能源的消费产生了重要影响,并且这种影响在不同国家有着明显的区别。本文对28个发达国家和27个发展中国家进行分组研究,使用1985-2007年23年的数据,通过面板固定效应来研究金融发展对可再生能源消费的影响在不同国家的差异。实证结果表明,债券市场规模对两组国家可再生能源消费都有显著的负向影响;金融中介规模则对两组国家可再生能源消费都具有显著的正向促进作用;而衡量金融全球化、金融中介效率及非寿险保险部门规模的指标在两组国家的回归中结果不同。因此,政府在制定可再生能源相关政策时,要重视金融发展的重要作用,做好金融发展与各项政策之间的协调。The global financial market has had rapid development,and the consumption of renewable energy has also been affected that the results in different countries are diverse.This article divide 55 countries around the world into 28 developed countries and 27 developing countries,the two groups as research subjects,using 1985-2007 data in 23 years with panal fixed effect to study the effect of financial development on renewable energy consumption and the differences in different countries.The empirical results show that the bond market size has a significant negative impact on both two groups of countries,while the financial system scale has a significant positive role in promoting the renewable energy consumption in both two groups of countries.The measure of financial globalization,efficiency of financial intermediation and non-life insurance sector indicators in the two groups of countries are disparate.Therefore,the government in the development of renewable energy policy should pay attention to the important role of financial development and try to make good coordination between financial development and the various policies.
