摘 要:在实验室研究了从富含异戊烯的C5馏分水合制备叔戊醇的工艺 ,考察了催化剂、反应温度、压力、空速、水与异戊烯摩尔比等因素对水合反应的影响。结果表明 ,在反应压力 0 .3~ 0 .6MPa ,反应温度 6 5℃ ,空速 0 .6h-1及水与异戊烯比为 5∶1时 ,异戊烯的转化率为 48.6 % ,叔戊醇的选择性为 92 .2 % ,催化剂寿命大于 10 0 0h。 10 0mL装置上的放大试验重复了小试的结果。Preparation of tertiary amyl alcohol from hydration of isoamylene enriched C 5 fraction was carried in the laboratory. The effects of catalyst, reaction temperature, pressure, space velocity and water/isoamylene ratio were investigated. The test result showed that at the reaction conditions of a pressure range of 0.3~0.6 MPa, a temperature of 65 ℃, a space velocity of 0.6 h -1 , and a water to amylene ratio of 5, the isoamylene conversion was 48.6% and the tertiary amyl alcohol selectivity was 92.2%. The catalyst life was more than 1 000 h. The laboratory result was repeated in a 100 ml pilot plant.
