摘　　要：开发出适于扬子石油化工股份有限公司芳烃联合装置扩建后工况条件 (高活性、低氢油比、高空速 )的新型SKI 40 0 40型C8芳烃异构化催化剂。该剂系采用高纯氧化铝和双沸石为载体的载铂双功能催化剂 ,其各项性能指标均能满足装置改扩建后的工况条件 ,即在氢油摩尔比 3.8～4.5 ,反应温度 385～ 42 0℃ ,氢分压 0 .9～ 1.5MPa ,质量空速 3.5～ 4.0h-1的条件下能长期稳定运转 ,产物中对二甲苯浓度、乙苯转化率和C8芳烃收率均能达到要求。C 8 aromatics isomerization catalyst, SKI 400 40, was prepared for using in the isomerization unit in Yangzi Petrochemical Company after expansion revamping to fulfill the specified operating conditions, such as high activity of catalyst, low hydrogen/oil ratio and high space velocity. The prepared catalyst is a platinum contained dual function catalyst with high purity alumina and dual zeolites as matrix. It can be long term running at the ranges of a hydrogen/oil mol ratio of 3.8～4.5, a reaction temperature of 385～420 ℃, a hydrogen partial pressure of 0.9～1.5 MPa and a space velocity of 3.5～4.0 h -1 . The xylene concentration in the product, ethylbenzene conversion and aromatics yield can all meet the requirement.
