摘  要:乳成分是影响乳品质的重要指标。反刍动物乳成分中乳脂的含量和组成变动较大,是影响乳营养价值的主要因素。乳脂最易受日粮因素的影响,通常表现为乳脂降低(MFD)。本文综述了产生奶牛乳脂降低的主要原因、机理及预防措施,旨为在奶牛生产中减少低脂乳综合征的发生,提高原料奶的质量提供参考。The milk composition is an important indicator of the milk quality. The content and the composition of milk fat in milk of ruminants are the main factors affecting the nutritional value of the milk. The milk fat is most susceptible to dietary factors, and milk fat syndrome (MFD) usually occurred. To solve the problem of low benefit caused by low milk fat percentage, the reasons and mechanisms of low fat syndrome were reviewed in the paper based on some recent studies. And some countermeasures and key points considered in practices were summarized to help readers prevent the low fat syndrome and improve the raw milk.
