应用不同刷手材料皮肤消毒效果临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨医护人员术前用纱布擦洗及手刷刷洗手臂的消毒效果,评估其皮肤的舒适度。方法将参加手术的97名医护人员随机分成两组,试验组48人用纱布挤取洗手液擦洗手臂,对照组49人采用耐高温、高压的手刷刷洗手臂;分别于刷手即刻及术中1、2、3、4h进行手细菌培养以监测消毒效果,并对参加手术的97人进行皮肤舒适度的问卷调查,评分越高,不良反应越重。结果两组人员皮肤消毒在各时段进行细菌学监测菌落数均<5CFU/cm2,消毒效果均达到卫生部颁布的《消毒技术规范》标准,培养结果差异无统计学意义;采用纱布擦洗手臂组的医护人员皮肤的不良反应评分明显低于应用手刷组人员,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论用纱布挤取洗手液擦洗手臂不仅符合消毒技术标准而且皮肤的不良反应小,是一种合格的手刷替代品。OBJECTIVE To explore the efficacy of gauze scrubbing in arm disinfections before the operation and evaluate the comfort of the skin. METHODS A total of 97 medical staff who attend the surgery were randomly divided into two groups, 48 cases in the study group scrubbed the hands and arms by squeezing liquid soap with. gauze, and 49 cases in the control group scrubbed the hands and arms with high temperature and pressure-standing brushes; the bacterial culture was performed to monitor the disinfection effect on the immediate scrubbing hands, and at the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th hour respectively in the operation, and all the 97 medical staff who took part in the surgery were investigated by questionnaires, the higher the score was, the more serious the adverse reactions. RESULTS The disinfection efficacy of skin：the number of bacterial colony of two groups at all the phases was less than 5 CFU/cm2 , conforming to the Standards of Disinfection Technique released by the Ministry of Health. The difference in the culture result was not statistically significant; the scoring of skin comfort., the score of skin adverse reaction of the experimental group who squeezed liquid soap with gauze to wash hands and arms was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference in the statistics between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION Squeezing liquid soap with gauze to. wash hands and arms not only conforms to the Standards of Disinfection Technique, but also has less skin adverse reactions, which is a qualified substitute for hand brushes.
