两种泡腾消毒剂的消毒效果及对化脓性伤口作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的考察聚维酮碘泡腾滴丸和醋酸氯己定泡腾滴丸体内外消毒效果,为临床消毒剂的选择应用提供依据。方法制备金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色假丝酵母菌菌悬液,蛋白胨生理盐水为中和剂,用中和剂载体定量试验考察观察中和剂及其使用浓度适宜性,用悬液定量杀菌试验考察泡腾滴丸溶液对这些细菌的体外杀灭作用;选取93例外伤化脓病例,随机分组,常规治疗为对照,观察泡腾滴丸溶液促进伤口愈合的作用。结果含0.1%有效碘或0.1%氯己定的泡腾滴丸溶液能在1min内有效杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌,在2min内有效杀灭铜绿假单胞菌和白色假丝酵母菌,对化脓性外伤的治疗作用也与对照组相当。结论聚维酮碘泡腾滴丸和醋酸氯己定泡腾滴丸是方便实用的消毒制剂。OBJECTIVE To investigate the germicidal effect of povidone-iodine effervescent dripping pills and chlorhexidine acetate effervescent dripping pills in vitro and in vivo so sa to reasonabuy choose the clinicl disinfectants. METHODS Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were employed to prepare germical suspension. As neutralizing agents, peptone saline was tested by quantitative neutralizer carrier experiment. Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used for determining the germicidal effects of povidone-iodine effervescent dripping pills and chlorhexidine acetate effervescent dripping pills on these bacteria strains in vitro. 93 injury cases with pyogenic wounds, which were divided into 3 groups randomly, were employed to verify the effect of these two agents in vivo. RESULTS The killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension exposed to the effervescent disinfection solution containing 0.1% available iodine or 0. 1% chlorhexidine acetate was about 1 min, which were comparable with positive control. As for C. albicans and P. aeruginosa, similar results were obtained in effervescent disinfection solution acting for 2 min. Additionally, both of the agents were effective in dealing with pyogenic wounds. CONCLUSION Povidone-iodine effervescent dripping pills and chlorhexidine acetate effervescent dripping pills are convenient and effective disinfectants.
