实施沟通制改善医患关系及对患者病情恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨实施沟通制改善医患关系及对患者病情恢复的影响。方法选取2008年5月至2009年5月所收治的80名需要进行前置胎盘剖宫术的患者作为研究对象。将这80名患者随机分为A、B两组,每组40人。A组为未实施沟通制组,B组为实施沟通制组。两组患者均给予对症治疗。A组仅进行治疗,不采取沟通的方法。B组则在治疗的基础上实行医患沟通制。比较两组医患关系及患者病情的恢复情况,判断实施沟通制对改善医患关系及患者病情的影响。结果两组患者经过医学治疗后,其病情均有一定的恢复。实施沟通制组医患关系明显比未实施沟通制组融洽,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。两组患者的病情恢复情况比较,实施沟通制组也明显较未实施沟通制组恢复得快,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论实施沟通制与未实施相比,明显改善了医患关系和患者病情的恢复。Objective To discuss the improvement of physician-patient relations by the way of using communication system and its influences on patients＇ recovery. Methods Chose 40 patients who have been treated at our hospital in 2004 and 40 patients in 2008 as study objectives. Ranked 40 of these patients who haven＇t experienced communication system in 2004 as not-implementation communication system group, while ranked those who have experienced communication system as implementation communication group. Given symptomatic treatment to these two groups＇ patients, and given physician-patient communication system to the implementation communication system group on the basis of that. Compared two groups＇ physician-patient relations and patients＇ recovery conditions, judged communication system＇s influences on the improvement of physician-patient relations and patients＇ recovery. Results After the medical treal^ment,all patients in these two groups have recovered in some degree. The physician- patient relation in implementation communication group is evidently better than not-implementation communication system group, P〈0.05, has statistics meaning.In terms of the patients＇ recovery conditions,the implementation communication system group is faster than the not-implementation communication system group, P〈0.05, has statistics meaning. Conclusion Communication system can improve the physician-patient relations and encourage patients＇ recovery.
