米非司酮配伍米索前列醇行早孕药物流产的不同方案对比

摘　　要：目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇不同方案行早孕药物流产的疗效对比。方法将2011年1月～2011年12月来英德市浛镇中心卫生院进行早孕流产的妇女388例,随机分为对照组,观察1组,观察2组,观察3组。对照组米非司酮采用顿服,50mg/d,连续服用3d,第3次服药24h后服米索前列腺醇600μg,观察1、2、3组常规服用米非司酮24h后分别加服50mg、75mg、100mg,米索前列醇服用方法同对照组。比较4组方案早孕药物流产的结果。结果对照组的流产成功率为81.44%,观察1组的流产成功率为92.78%,观察2组的流产成功率为98.97%,观察3组的流产成功率为98.97%,观察1组、观察2组、观察3组的流产结果要优于对照组,观察2、3组的流产结果要优于观察1组,观察2、3组间流产结果无显著差异性。结论常规服用米非司酮24h后加服50mg～100mg,可以有效提高流产成功率,缩短胚囊排出时间,而且没有严重的不良反应。一般认为加服75mg米非司酮是比较适宜的。Objective Explorethe efficacy of different regimens about mifepristone with misoprostol in treatment of trimester medical abortion. Methods Trimester abortions in 12 months in January 2011 to 2011 in our hospital 388 cases of women, were randomly divided into control groupand observation group 1 observation group, three groups were observed. Results Successful abortion of the control group was 81.44%, observed a group of abortion success rate of 92.78%, observed a group of abortion success rate of 98.97%, observed three groups of abortion success rate of 98.97%, observed a group and observation groupobserve 3-abortion is superior to the control group, to observe 2,3 abortion is superior to observe the group, observed the abortion showed no significant differences between groups 2 and 3. Conclusion Conventional doses of mifepristone after 24 hours plus 50mg-100mg, can effectively improve the success rate of embryo abortion, shorten the discharge time, and there were no serious adverse reaction.Generally considered plus 75 mg mifepristone is more appropriate.
