溶栓治疗对血栓形成后综合征的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨溶栓治疗对下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合征的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年1月～2010年7月收治的70例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者的临床及随访资料。结果溶栓加抗凝组与单纯抗凝组比较,血栓后综合征的发生率及程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论溶栓治疗能降低血栓后综合征的发生率,其在下肢深静脉血栓形成治疗中的临床应用价值有待进一步评估和探讨。Objective To study the function ofthrombolytic therapy in post-thrombotic syndrome. Methods We studied 70 cases of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities treated in our hospital with the clinical and follow up form January of 2008 to July of 2010. Results Compared the two group Thrombolysis with anticoagulation and anticoagulation simple group, The PTS incidence and degree were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Thrombolytic therapy can reduce the occurrence of PTS in the lower extremity deep venous,and It need further evaluation and discussion.
