复合菌剂对番茄抗病促生的效果研究

摘　　要：在盆栽试验条件下研究了复合菌剂C1、C2对番茄的促生和抗病效果。结果表明,施用复合菌剂C1和C2能够明显促进番茄的生长。表现为株高、平均叶面积、叶绿素含量、坐果数和每株果实平均总质量增加,其中株高分别增加11.3%和7.8%;平均叶面积分别增加8.8%和12%;叶绿素含量分别提高11.6%和12%;盛果期坐果数分别增加59.3%和74.1%;每株果实平均总质量分别增加67.5%和79.7%。结果同时表明复合菌剂C1、C2对番茄细菌性青枯病有一定的抑制效果,以复合菌剂C2对番茄青枯病的抑制效果最好,达66.9%。进一步对各处理的植株生长指标进行主成分分析,结果显示PC1为叶绿素含量、盛果期果实个数、每株果实总重、叶面积主导的番茄营养积累因子,PC2为株高主导的番茄生长因子。综合评价各生长因子,复合菌剂C2在各处理中综合得分最高。The pot experiment was carded out to study the effects of complex bacterium C1 and C2 on tomato growth enhancement and disease resistance. The results indicated that complex bacterium C 1 and C2 improved the growth of tomato. Plant height was increased by 11.3% and 7.8% respectively, and average leaf area of tomato was increased by 8.8% and 12% respectively. Chlorophyll contents were improved by 11.6% and 12% respectively. The fruit numbers in flourishing time were increased by 59.3% and 74.1% respectively. Average total weight of fruit per plant was improved by 67.5% and 79.7% respectively. The results also showed that the complex bacterium C1, C2 could reduce the incidence of tomato bacterial wilt, which reflected the inhibitory effect was the most significant for complex bacterium C2, and the inhibition rate was 66.9%.The principal component analysis （PCA） was used to further investigate the main growth index affected by complex bacterium. The results demonstrated that PC1 were chlorophyll content, the fruit numbers in flourishing time, total weight of fruit per plant and leaf area, PC2 was plant height. Comprehensive score of complex bacterium C2 was highest among all the treatments according to the comprehensive evaluation of growth index.
