摘 要:为了解管片接头的力学性态,以上海青草沙输水盾构隧道为研究背景,研制了专门的试验系统,进行了1∶1原型管片接头试验,对管片环向接头的变形规律和相关参数取值进行了研究。研究结果表明:管片接头混凝土、主筋、螺栓最大值等均满足设计强度要求;接头张角和变形规律与螺栓预紧力有关,张角较小,满足隧道防水要求;管片接头抗弯刚度与横向荷载正相关,加载过程抗弯刚度最大值为20 456(kN.m).rad-1,可作为类似工程设计和施工的参考。In order water conveyance to study the mechanical behavior of segment joints, taking the Qingeaosha tunnel project in Shanghai as background, the special test system was developed and the full scaled segment test was carried out. The deformation behavior and some relevant parameters were studied under the design load case. The study results show that the maximum values of concrete, main steel bar and bolt of segment joint agree with the design codes; the pre-tightening force of bolts has important influence on the joint angle. Generally speaking, the joint angel is comparatively small and satisfies the waterproof need. Bending stiffness of segment joint is bigger according to bigger transverse load. The maximum value of bending stiffness in the loading is 20 456 (kN m) · rad^-1, which is important to instruct design and construction of allied project in the future.
