摘　　要：采用冷冻鸡骨架和市售罐装成犬用全价犬粮代替鸡胴体和部分牛肉、猪瘦肉,对以牛肉、猪瘦肉、鸡胴体为基本原料组成的虎、豹日粮进行了改进,改进后的日粮用于饲喂动物园非展览区的1只老年美洲虎、1只患有多种慢性疾病的华南虎、1只老年孟加拉虎和4只成年金钱豹,通过近一年半的跟踪观察,结果发现受试动物增重明显、被毛光泽、健康状况良好,且维持正常体重所采食的日粮总量较原来有所下降。将该方法推广应用于广州动物园展区的狮、虎等大型猫科动物29只,金钱豹、美洲虎、狼、豺、美洲狮等中小型猫科动物19只,取得了类似的效果,但有些个体不采食商品罐装成犬粮。试验证明:采用冷冻鸡骨架和市售罐装成犬用全价犬粮代替鸡胴体和部分牛肉、猪瘦肉是可行的。Frozen chicken and commercial canned complete food for adult dogs were used to replace chicken,beef parts and lean pork to modify the diets of tigers and leopards at Guangzhou Zoological Gardens.The modified diet was used to feed felids at the non - exhibition area of the zoo,including one old jaguar,a south China tiger suffering from multiple chronic diseases, one old Bengal tiger,and 4 adult leopards.After observation for over one year,these felids showed significant weight gain, increased hair sheen,improved health,and the total amount of the ration was decreased for body maintenance.This modified diet was also provided to felids reared in the exhibition area of the zoo,including 29 large felids（tiger and lion）,and 19 mid -sized or small carnivores,including leopard,jaguar,wolf,jackal,and cougar.The results were similar,but some individuals didn＇t consume the commercial canned complete dog food.We conclude that it is feasible to replace chicken,beef parts,and lean pork with frozen chickens or commercial canned dog food.
