摘　　要：蟒蛇是中国产的最大的蛇之一,是国家Ⅰ级重点保护野生动物,海南坡鹿是中国特有的国家Ⅰ级重点保护野生动物,它们和其他野生动物及其栖息地组成了海南大田保护区区域生态系统,蟒蛇是处于生态系统食物链顶端的捕食者,要更好地保护海南坡鹿,不能仅针对坡鹿物种本身进行保护,还要对这一生态系统中的其他野生动物和栖息地进行保护。本研究结合有关调查数据分析保护区蟒蛇的种群动态以及空间分布规律,同时探讨蟒蛇的捕食行为对海南坡鹿种群的影响,可为制定有效的、科学的系统保护对策和措施提供依据。Python（Python molurus bivittaus） is a first grade national - level protected animal and the largest snake species in China.Hainan Eld＇s deer（Cervus eldi hainanensis） is a first grade national - level protected animal endemic to China.Python, Hainan Eld＇s deer and other wild animals related to their habitat formed the ecological system of Hainan Datian national nature reserve.Python is the top predator of the food chain in this ecological system.In order to better protect Hainan Eld＇s deer,we should not only protect the deer,but also the ecological system of other wild animals and habitats.We analyzed the population dynamics and spatial distribution of Python based on survey data.We discuss the effect of predatory behavior of Python on the population dynamics of Hainan eld＇s deer.We offer suggestions for effective and scientific management and conservation.
