摘 要:通过改变单体浓度、交联剂以及固相含量,利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了SiO2和低熔点玻璃粉组成的陶瓷坯体.采用三点弯曲试验方法研究了单体浓度、交联剂以及固相含量对陶瓷坯体的抗弯强度的影响,并利用扫描电镜对试样断口表面有机物分布的均匀性进行观察分析.研究结果表明,陶瓷坯体的抗弯强度随着单体浓度的增大而提高,当单体浓度从0.3 moL/L增加到1.2 moL/L时,陶瓷坯体抗弯强度从11.2 MPa提高到17.2 MPa.当单体与交联剂的比值增加到20后,陶瓷坯体的抗弯强度开始减小.坯体抗弯强度随着固相含量的增加而降低,当固相含量由40%增加到53%时,陶瓷坯体的抗弯强度从14.1 MPa减小到12.1 MPa.By using a sol-gel process, the ceramics consisting of silicon dioxide and low melting point glass powder with different additions of monomer, cross-linker and solid particles were prepared, and the effects of the monomer, cross-link and solid particles concentrations on flexural strength of the green body were studied by three-point bending method. The uniformity of the organics on the solid particle surfaces of the green bodies was studied by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the flexural strength is enhanced with the increase of monomer concentration. When the monomer concentration increases from 0.3 to 1.2 tooL/L, the flexural strength of the green body is improved from 11.2 to 17.2 MPa. However, the flexural strength of green body begins to reduce when the ratio of monomer and cross-linking reaches 20. The flexural strength is reduced with the increase of solid content. When the solid content is increased from 40% to 53% ,the flexural strength is reduced from 14.1 to 12. 1 MPa.
