摘　　要：科学合理的实验室管理,是保证微生物学实验教学顺利进行的前提和保障。笔者从当前农业院校微生物实验室管理的现状入手,积极探索构建开放式微生物实验室在实验内容、试剂与仪器、开放时间等方面的运行管理模式,并在实践中收到良好的效果。Scientific and effective laboratory administration is the precondition and guarantee to improve the quality of experi- mental teaching. In this paper, starting from the problems in microbiology laboratory management, we have preliminarily constructed the management model of a microbiological open laboratory in the aspects of experimental content, management of regents and apparatus, open time, etc. And we have obtained good results in practice.
