真武汤联合参附针治疗慢性心功能不全60例

摘　　要：目的观察真武汤联合参附针治疗慢性心功能不全的临床疗效。方法 120例患者分为两组,治疗组60例,用真武汤联合参附针治疗;对照组60例,用地高辛片治疗,采用卡方检验方法比较,观察治疗前后临床症状的改善情况。结果治疗组临床症状改善的总有效率为83.33%,对照组的总有效率为86.67%,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论真武汤联合参附针是治疗慢性心功能不全的有效治疗方法。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of treating chronic heart function with integrated Chinese herbs.Methods 120 patients of chronic heart function were randomly divided into control and the treatment group;the treatment group with zhenwutang combined with shenfu injection,the control group was treated with s Digoxin tablets.Using the chi-square test method comparison,Then observe the changes of clinical symptoms before and after treatment.Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was 83.33%,that of the control group was 86.67%,No significant differences in the patient demographic data between the two groups were obsered（P0.05）.Conclusion Zhenwutang combined with shenfu injection is effective method to treatment chronic heart function.
