后路椎弓根螺钉系统复位固定术治疗脱位型腰椎骨折的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究施用后路椎弓根螺钉系统复位固定术治疗脱位型腰椎骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2008年9月至2011年1月因患有脱位型腰椎骨折施用后路椎弓根钉系统复位固定术而收治于我院的79例患者的临床资料,并作为研究对象。观察通过X射线测量术前术后1周、8个月时椎体前缘相对高度及Cobb角情况及施用前后患者的等级恢复情况。结果术后1周及8个月相比月前椎体前缘相对高度及Cobb角情况显著提高。具有统计学差异P<0.05。结论后路椎弓根螺钉系统复位固定术治疗脱位型腰椎骨折恢复性强,稳定性高,临床效果显著。Objective To explore clinical effect of adopting posterior pedicle screw system reset fixation operation to treat dislocation type of lumbar fracture.Methods Chose 79 cases of those dislocation type of lumbar fracture patient who have been accepted and treated at our hospital for dislocation type of lumbar fracture and have received posterior pedicle of vertebral arch nail system reset fixation operation from September 2008 to January 2011 as study objectives,and retrospective analyzed their clinical data.Observed their anterior vertebral relative height before and after one week,eight months of the operation through X-ray measurement,Cobb angle situation and patients’ level recovery conditions before and after the adoption.Results After one week and eight months of the operation,anterior vertebral relative height and Cobb angle situation have improved evidently,it has statistics meaning（P0.05）.Conclusions Adopting posterior pedicle screw system reset fixation operation to treat dislocation type of lumbar fracture has strong recovery ability,high stability and obviously clinical effects.
