鼻内镜下微波治疗46例变应性鼻炎患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价鼻内镜手术联合微波在变应性鼻炎治疗中的临床效果,旨在探索变应性鼻炎更有效的治疗手段。方法选择我院收治的92例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为A、B两组,每组各46例,A组予以常规药物治疗,B组予以鼻内镜下微波进行治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果 A组患者总有效率为69.6%。B组患者总有效率为93.5%。B组总有效率显著高于A组,具有统计学意义(χ2=8.73,P<0.01)。结论鼻内镜下微波在治疗变应性鼻炎的过程中能定位准确,视野清晰,操作简便,且治疗时间短,临床疗效肯定,患者痛苦小且无毒副作用。尤其对于单纯药物或脱敏治疗效果不理想的患者可采取此类方法进行积极治疗。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of microwave therapy in treating allergic rhinitis patients under nasal endoscope.Methods 92 cases of allergic rhinitis patients were divided into group A and B randomly,with 46 cases in each group.Patients in group A were given conventional drug therapy,patients in group B were given microwave therapy under nasal endoscope.Results The total efficiency of group A and B was 69.6% and 93.5% respectively,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=8.73,P0.01）.Conclusions The microwave therapy has good curative effect in treating allergic rhinitis patients under nasal endoscope for its accurate positioning,clear vision,simple operation,Short treatment time during therapy,Active treatment can be adopted especially in patients with poor efficacy after simple drug treatment and desensitization therapy
