摘　　要：目的建立愈肝片中测定维生素C的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-Aq C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温为25℃,以乙腈-0.1%的辛烷磺酸钠的0.1%的草酸溶液(2∶98)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为249nm。结果维生素C的线性范围为0.103～0.414μg(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.3%。结论本方法简便,快速,准确,重现性好,可用于本品的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination of Vitamin C in Yugan Tablets.Methods Agilent ZORBAX SB-Aq C18 column（4.6mm× 250mm,5μm） was used as chromatographic column,the acetonitrile-0.1% octane sulfonate,0.1% oxalic acid solution（2∶98） was used as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min.the detection wavelength was set at 249nm.Results The standard curves was linear in the rang of 0.103～0.414μg（r=-1.0000）,the average recovery was 99.3%with a RSD of 1.3%.Conclusion The method is simple.accurate and reproducible,and is suitable for quality control of this tablets.
