摘　　要：由于生产能力的提高 ,净化系统空塔出口气体温度高达 83℃ ,不仅使下游玻璃钢设备的安全受到威胁 ,也制约了生产能力的进一步提高 ,于是对空塔进行改造。根据对顺流式空塔的喷淋及传热模式的分析 ,重新设计了喷嘴 ,使喷淋液在设备中心附近集中 ;缩小了进气管直径 ,以提高进口气体的流速。结果证明 ,对空塔工作原理的分析是正确的 ,改造是成功的。The empty tower was retrofitted because the outlet temperature of as high as 83?℃ threatened the safety of downstream FRP equipment and restricted further increase in output Based on the analysis of regime of spray and heat transfer, the spray nozzles were redesigned to distribute liquid in the center area of the tower and the gas inlet was enlarged to raise gas velocity The result showed that the analysis of the operation of empty tower was correct and the retrofit was successful 〔
