专人术前访视的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨专人术前访视对患者焦虑的影响。方法：200例手术患者随机分为观察组（n=100）和对照组（n=100），观察组由专人进行访视，对照组由房间的巡回护士术前1d进行访视。两组患者均于访视前和进入手术等待时采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）进行问卷调查，比较两组患者的焦虑值。结果：观察组入手术室后SAS评分明显低于对照组入手术室后（P〈0．05），也低于访视前（P〈0．05）。结论：专人术前访视可减轻手术患者焦虑心理，更有利于手术进行。Objective ： To investigate tile effects of preoperative visit by specially - assigned person on patients anxiety. Methods ： Two hundred surgical patients were randomly divided into the Observation group （ n = 100） and the control group （ n = 100）, the observation group was visited by specially - assigned person and the control group by the visiting nurse before the day of surgery. Anxiety scale （SAS） questionnaire was used for the determination of the patients＇anxiety scores before preoperative visit and during the stay in the operating room. Results： SAS scores was significantly lower in the observation group after entering into the operating room than the control group and the preoperative visit （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Preoperative visit could lessen surgical patients anxiety, which will be helpful for the surgery process.
