甲苯磺酸索拉非尼治疗晚期肝癌患者不良反应的护理干预

摘　　要：对13例晚期肝癌患者应用甲苯磺酸索拉非尼治疗，治疗过程中出现皮疹红斑、手足综合征、恶心呕吐、腹泻及高血压等不良反应，加强肝癌患者心理护理和健康教育，同时对药物不良反应进行护理干预。结果除1例因严重手足反应药物减量治疗以外，其他患者均症状得以缓解，顺利完成治疗过程。13 cases of patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma using p toluene sulfonic acid Sola Fini treatment, during the treatment of the rash appears erythema, hand - foot syndrome, nausea and vomiting, diarrhoea and hypertension and other adverse reactions in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, strengthen psychological nursing and health education, at the same time the adverse drug reaction and nursing intervention. Results in L patient with severe hand foot reaction drug reduction therapy, the other patients had symptoms can be alleviated, successfully completed treatment process.
