摘　　要：目的：总结术中MRI辅助下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术的手术配合方法。方法：熟悉术中MRI辅助下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术的手术步骤、手术床转运，充分做好术前准备和术中密切配合。结果：16例手术配合默契，手术进行顺利，术后恢复良好，未发生与护理不当的并发症，提高了护理质量和手术成功率。objective to summarize the MRI auxiliary by intraoperative under nasal adjustment pituitary tumor resection operation fit method. Method familiar with intraoperative MRI auxiliary by nasal adjustment pituitary tumor resection operation steps, surgical bed of transhipment, fully to prepare for and intraoperative close cooperation. Results 16 cases of surgical tacit cooperation, the operation smoothly, and postoperative recovery is good, has not occurred and nursing inappropriate complications, improved the quality of nursing and the success rate of the operation.
