摘　　要：介绍MeSH的基本情况和发展历程，并描述了MeSH基于主题词表、副主题词表、补充概念名称表和树形结构表等部分组成的基本结构。选取国内对于MeSH应用的典型案例，分析了中国生物医学文献服务系统、万方医学网和中国医院数字图书馆应用MeSH的基本情况，说明了MeSH在国内医学文献信息服务领域应用的意义。The article describes the basic＇, situation and development process of MESH, and describes the basic structure of MeSH main Headings, subheadings, supplementary concepts and tree structure based. The article selects the domestic typical eases of MeSH applications, and an^ysis the basic： situation of the SinoMed, Wanfang Med Online and CHKD how applications MESH. The article illustrates the significance of the MeSH applications in the field of domestic medical literature information services.
